2019 AAB Invitational High School Golf Championship

CHARELESTON, SC (ANDERSON BROTHERS BANK) – Anderson Brothers Bank Invitational High School Golf Championship will take place Monday, April 15th and Tuesday, April 16th. The first round of play will be at Florence Country Club with the final round being played at The Country Club of South Carolina. 2019 marks the 20th year of the annual event and welcomes the top teams and individuals from South Carolina. The tournament is regarded as one of South Carolina’s premier high school golf tournaments and is associated with the South Carolina Junior Golf Association with the individual players earning points toward their state rankings.

The field for this year’s tournament features 19 high school teams, including several teams from the area: Aynor High, Carolina Forest High, Myrtle Beach High, North Myrtle Beach High, Wilson High, Socastee High, South Florence High, and Trinity Byrnes Collegiate School the defending champions. Other teams from around the state include Gilbert High, Camden High, Chapin High, Hartsville High, Greenwood High, Chesterfield High, A.C. Flora High, Dutch Fork High, Lexington High, Blythewood High, and Spring Valley High.

The tournament will feature some of the top Junior Golfers in South Carolina.

Teams will be arriving Monday, April 15 at Florence Country Club around 9 AM to register and hit some balls. The first round will begin at 11AM via a Shotgun start. The second round will be a Shotgun start at 9:30 AM and we will present awards around 4 PM.
