‘All Clear’ Given Following Late Night Bomb Threats
WEST ASHLEY, SC (WTAT-TV) — Several businesses returned to normal Wednesday morning, but that wasn’t the case just hours before.
We received word about three different bomb threats from dispatchers in Charleston County.
Police say two threats were made at businesses on Savannah Highway; one happened at the Waffle House and the other was at the Round Holiday Inn.
The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office responded to a third threat at a gas station off Folly Road on James Island.
All of the threats were made just before 11:00 p.m. Tuesday.
The “all-clear” was given just after midnight.
