Four Men Wanted Following Charleston Narcotics Investigation

CHARLESTON, SC (WTAT-TV) — The Charleston Police Department Special Investigations Unit, along with the Team 1 Community Action Team and Quick Response Team conducted a narcotics investigation last week which resulted in the arrested of six people in the area of Reid Street.

Each of the offenders were charged with narcotics distribution.

Four suspects remain at large, and the Charleston Police Department needs your help locating them.

– Arnold Darnell Gibbs is wanted for two counts of distribution of cocaine base. He is a 30-year-old black male, 5’10” and weighs 165 pounds.

– Jonathan Daniel Howard is wanted for distribution of cocaine base and distribution of a controlled substance within proximity of a school or park. Howard is described as a 17-year-old black male, 170 pounds and 6’02” in height.

– Jonathan Leonardo Wright is wanted for distribution of cocaine base and distribution of a controlled substance within proximity of a school or park. Wright is a 33-year-old black male, 5’9″ and weighs 185 pounds.

– Kevin Antione Vice is wanted for two counts of distribution of cocaine base. He is a 32-year-old black male, 5’08” and weighs 200 pounds.

All four men are known to hang out on the east side district of downtown Charleston. Anyone with information is asked to call 843-743-7200 and ask for the on duty CPD Central Detective.

The investigation was a result of information provided to officers regarding narcotics activity in the area.
