Man Arrested on Drug Charges After Myrtle Beach Police Narcotics Investigation

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WPDE) – A man was arrested by Myrtle Beach police on multiple drug charges after an extensive narcotics investigation, according to a Facebook post from the MBPD.

Corrie Lamar Blunt is charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and trafficking cocaine.

Police said officers executed a search warrant Sunday at the Sand Dollar Motel, at 401 Sixth Ave. N. A search of room 103 produced $845 in cash, 11.87 grams of crack cocaine, 5.9 grams of marijuana, and .18 grams of cocaine, according to the Facebook post.

According to police, a check of Blunt’s criminal history revealed he has a previous conviction for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and trafficking crack cocaine.
