CHARLESTON, SC (FOX 24 NEWS NOW) — Hundreds of homeless Lowcountry animals are in need of being adopted this winter, and you can’t go wrong with a 4-legged Christmas gift.

Aldwin Roman is director of anti-cruelty and outreach for Charleston Animal Society and shows us Bonita, one of many pups who came here all the way from storm-ravaged St. Croix.
