CHARLESTON, SC (FOX 24 NEWS NOW) — The new year is less than a week away and some of us are getting ready to implement our 2018 resolutions.

While health and wellness goals are always popular, most folks tend to drop off after just a few weeks at the gym.

We spoke with Janis Newton, director of MUSC’s Wellness Center about how we can stay consistent and achieve our goals the entire year.
