Local Chef Brings The Heat To This Year’s Charleston Wine and Food Festival

CHARLESTON, SC (FOX 24 NEWS NOW) – He’s a little saucy and a little spicy, he’s known as the “Stubborn Southern Chef.”

Chef Geoff Rhyne, creator of Red Clay Hot Sauce, will be one of the many purveyors of fine foods at this year’s Wine and Food Culinary Village.

Chef Rhyne joined us in-studio with his collection of spicy concoctions for us to try and explain the flavors and how much heat each has.
