Lowcountry AIDS Services Plans an Exciting Event for a Great Cause
CHARLESTON, SC (FOX 24 NEWS NOW) — A special event is being held for a great cause thanks to the Lowcountry AIDS Services.
Jason Kirk, director of development and marketing, shares what people can expect.
Patti O’Furniture, camp queen of the Carolinas, will be hosting this year’s Lowcountry AIDS Services Gay Bingo.
This year’s theme is ‘Best of Broadway” and will function as both a fundraiser, as well as an event to bring awareness, tolerance and advocacy for the Lowcountry community.
The event will take place August 10. VIP tickets and tables are sold out, but general admission is still available. The location is set at Memminger Auditorium in Charleston.
Bingo starts at 6:30 p.m. and it is suggested to arrive early.
Wondering what to expect at the event? There will be 3 bars, a photo booth, an outdoor patio, food trucks and frozen adult treats.
