Don’t Miss the Chance to Jazz for a Cause at an Upcoming Festival
CHARLESTON, SC (FOX 24 NEWS NOW) — Dr. Thaddeus Bell, owner of Closing the Gap in Healthcare, shares on an upcoming event being held for a great cause.
The Lowcountry Jazz Festival is being held to function as fundraiser to raise money for African American students in the healthcare profession, in which a scholarship will be given to a good-standing student to help fund their education.
This is the 5th year in giving the scholarship, and it is rotated around the Medical University of South Carolina.
From September 1st-3rd, the Jazz Festival will take place at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. Tickets are available for purchase at www.lowcountryjazzfest.com.
