Supporting Those With Multiple Sclerosis in the Lowcountry
CHARLESTON, SC (FOX 24 NEWS NOW) — Multiple Sclerosis affects more than 2.3 million people worldwide.
The disease is unpredictable and attacks the central nervous system, causing symptoms like fatigue, visual disturbances and difficulties with mobility.
Happening this weekend, you can support those living with MS at the Walk MS Charleston 2018 event.
The event will be held at Hampton Park in downtown Charleston on Saturday, April 14th.
Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m. and the walk starts at 9:00 a.m.
