Patriots Point Links to Host First Annual Paws and Claws Charity Event
MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (PRESS RELEASE) — Bring out your competitive side, grab your furry friends and head over to the first annual Paws and Claws Cornhole Tournament at Patriots Point benefiting Pet Helpers, a local adoption center and spay/neuter clinic.
The event will take place from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 24 and the tournament will begin at 12 p.m.
Pet Helpers will also have dogs available onsite for adoption from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., but all other canine companions are welcome.
The Immortal Lobster and Brava Bowls will be serving food during the event, so don’t miss out on some delicious food.
The cost to attend is $10 per person and includes the option to participate in the tournament. The price for team registration is $20 per team, with each team size limited to two players.
Registration can be made in advance or on the day-of the event.
Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place teams and will consist of local restaurant gift certificates, a cornhole board and certificates for gold play at Patriots Point.
