NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WTAT-TV) – Officials of Saint Andrew’s Church say that they had a trailer full of church equipment stolen from the North Charleston campus this weekend.

The trailer had everything they needed for services. The church worships in the North Charleston Creative Arts Elementary School in Park Circle.

Rev. David Libbon says that he was surprised to see the trailer had been ransacked on Sunday. “We are hoping that what this does for us is reminds us of the beauty of the gospel, the simplicity of our faith and how it is about people.”

Most of the equipment was given through community donations.

North Charleston Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
