Teen Accused of Pointing Gun in Bathroom at Stall High School Arrested
NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WTAT-TV) — A 17-year-old high school student has been arrested for possession of a stolen handgun.
An investigation was launched after a photograph of the teen spread on social media, showing the suspect pointing a gun inside a bathroom at Stall High School.
Deshaun Tindal was arrested on Wednesday and booked at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center in Berkeley County, where he remained at last check.
According to a report by the North Charleston Police Department, Tindal told officers he was actually holding a BB gun and that it wasn’t his.
Tindal is now facing two charges and expulsion from Stall High School. His bond amounted to $40,000.
