RUFFIN, SC (ALEX HEATON, WTAT-TV) — The Colleton County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with Tuesday’s triple homicide in the town of Ruffin.

Right now we are still waiting to learn more details about the killings, but we do know the 19-year-old has been arrested and remains in the Colleton County Detention Center this morning.

Police say Kenneth Chisolm is the man responsible for killing three members of a Colleton County family.

On Tuesday, authorities say they found 46-year-old Phillip Miller, 52-year-old Lori Miller dead inside their Ruffin home. 13-year-old Vincent Miller was found outside.

The couple’s 9-year-old granddaughter survived with a gunshot wound to the leg. She has since been released from the hospital.

Colleton County will have bond court at 8:00am and 4:00pm. We reached out to the court and the sheriff’s office to find out when Chisolm is expected to appear. They tell us he is likely to appear at the 4:00pm hearing.
