Teenager Charged After Snapchatting Student Using Bathroom
GOOSE CREEK, SC (WTAT-TV) — The Berkeley County School District may offer a response today after a case of voyeurism at Goose Creek High School.
Attorney’s demand steps be taken to enforce the school’s cell phone policy. They say a lawsuit will be filed if actions are not taken by next Wednesday.
They are representing a 16-year-old student who was filmed in a bathroom stall on school property.
According to a GCPD police report, police were called when a girl said another girl “climbed over the bathroom stall and began to video her with a cellphone while she was sitting down using the bathroom.”
Deputies say the video was shared on Snapchat.
One teenager was suspended from school and charged with voyeurism.
