Charleston County School District Board of Trustees to Set New Goals for Students

Charleston County School District recently reviewed SC READY scores from students. Although the results exceeded the state’s expectations, they also revealed an achievement gap between white and minority students. As a result, CCSD is looking for community input on where to focus its efforts over the next five years. Engagement meetings are taking place this evening at Baptist Hill Middle School, North Charleston High School, and E.B. Ellington Elementary School.
